About Me

Poonam SagarI am very curious about the world around me, and each day brings new learning and insights. Books have been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember, and also enjoy hanging out with friends and meeting new people.

The online rich media space with its limitless possibilities and potential fascinates me.

Maybe it was the curiosity that has resulted in post graduate degrees in biochemistry, management and computers. Also exploring yoga, and meditation. Love playing all racquet sports and am looking forward to spending more evenings playing tennis with my daughter.

This year has brought new exciting projects at work and it has been a lot of fun while looking forward to more. Still have a long list of activities on my wishlist for the rest of 2012 which include painting, scuba diving and hiking. And am sure there is a book waiting to be written by me.

nb: am also a certified PMP, Technology and Online Media Consultant at PT Infotech Solutions, an international IT firm empowering media broadcasters, content providers and distributors to optimize business processes with integrated, scalable and optimized IT solutions.

  3. Terrific article, Poonam. You write beautifully and evocatively. The Durian is one taste I have not acquired, though.

Hi Hilka, a tast for durian cannot be acquired. You either just love it or you don’t. One can even get durian ice cream and cakes here and they sell like, well, hot cakes 😉 Hoping to see you soon too. Hugs, Poonam

    Dear Poonam,
You are amazingly versatile. While Ill within a few years step into the octogenarian club the question of my keeping pace with you does not arise. Only one could do it e.g Tagore. A quote from his poem ‘Adhunika’ – “Colourless now is this life worn out / Yet, I’m born a modern devout”.
Anyway, I look forward to your publication, hoping its Internet edition will be available.
